Far from perfect, many battle scars are showing... but if the light of Jesus shines through them, we have lived our purpose. Our desire is to point each one that crosses our path to Him, The One for whom we live our life.

Change
Either way CHANGE can be hard or as simple as stepping into it out of an obedient heart.
( I have experienced both ways, I prefer the stepping into it =)
For this adventurous personality of mine, change is hard when it means changing the pace at which I was accustomed to living out that adventure.
Yet in that same breath, well OK maybe a few later.. I love the change!!
It has allowed me to do so many things I enjoy, many things not so much enjoyed but new, and many things learned and am still learning..
One thing I KNOW with NO DOUBT in me, GOD never changes!!!
He just removes one layer at a time which might feel like change to us, but it is HIM working out things for our good to HIS glory, not HIM changing.
Get what I mean? It's OK if ya don't, just felt like sharing that thought!!!
I am discovering a whole new layer of Gods love for me , it has been challenging me out of my comfort zone for sure, has been breaking open wide things that have needed broken free for a life time, it has stretched my brain into another zip code at the moment. But it is GOOD!!!!
God has had this next level all along, He did not change to get me there, He gave me the grace to change to meet Him there!!!
Oh what mighty God we serve..
His unfailing love takes my breath away!!
I can't wrap my head around this awesome Father I have!!
Having not been raised with a father, this is a BIG deal to me.
I always wondered what it felt like to have that unconditional love from a father,
someone strong to lean on,
someone strong to depend on,
someone to smile upon my life in delight of being apart of him,
a father to give godly advice,
and willing to give me the truth in love,
even if it hurts.
MY FATHER DOES all those things and SO many more!!
Nothing in this life could ever offer anything in comparison.. NOTHING...
I wouldn't trade nothing for my journey now, the rich blessed life He gives me from walking in obedience and sweet communion each and every day and night...
It is indescribable!!!!
NO ONE can whisper MY name like my FATHER!!!
Father, I love You too!!!

Thankful
I'm thankful for an all supplying, faithful God!!
We don't need to explain every little detail to try&get Him to understand our needs. He already knows!!
Thankful He comforts, sustains, encourages, and remains our only needed source to lean on!!
"What a friend we have in Jesus"
He is the answer&has all the answers we will ever need.
He understands me, He gets me, He loves me, and made the way for me to walk in. I don't want ANYTHING,or ANYONE to hinder my walk with the Lord.
My favorite quote by Beth Moore
"Be willing to be misunderstood"
Sometimes you can talk until your blue in the face to try&help someone understand you. It's better to just let it be... the more ya try... the worse it can get. Let God be our defender, He does a much better job at it!!!

Came through the living&seen their spread.. (of course they asked if they could) and told them it was going to be hard to miss out on that one!!

Note of Praise
Not that I need to tell you that, you all know ( least I hope you do:) )
Jesus helped me drive into town and pick mother up and drop off Kelsey and Kaity to stay with their G.G. while Shania and I headed to the DR's with Mother. Mother wanted me to go back with her, to be there to talk to the DR as well.
I am so Blessed with a Godly, wonderful Mother, whom I HIGHLY treasure!!!
She will be having surgery soon, not sure on the date, but please keep praying. God is good!!!
We stayed and ate a yummy dinner of fried chicken with Grandma and Mother, then we were privileged to take G.G. to church, and OH how God met with our little growing group!!
Neither Grandma nor I felt good, and I kept praying and asking Jesus to please let me go to prayer meeting. And guess what??
HE ANSWERED MY PRAYER!!!!
Was SUCH an encouraging service, there were about 15 of us there ( a big difference from 3) and is continuing to grow.
I love our Pastor, and his soon to be bride :)
And the other ladies of the church, so precious. Taking us under their wing to teach and mentor us. They are very encouraging with what the Lord has called us to do in the church along side of them, I never thought we would be serving in a children ministry, and women ministry, at Wesleyan Holiness Church!!!
... It is a privilege to serve Jesus in HIS house
I tell the girls it is not a right, it's not about us.. It is about HIM and how we can do our part to be in our places so the chosen man of GOD can be in HIS and lead the church as God has called him too.
We are looking forward to Tuesday evening, having a little fellowship and celebration to welcome our new pastors wife!!!
She is such a sweet lady!! I am looking forward to learning much from her in the days and months to come.
There is a Revival starting over at the BMC phx church I believe this weekend..... I hope to make it to some of those services as well.
Another praise report... When we got home at almost midnight my heart rate was up around 136( makes me feel so sick) BUT, Jesus prompted me to take a little bit more medicine and take a shower, and He helped me not to have the severe chest pain that usually goes along with it. THANK YOU FATHER!!!
GOD IS SO GOOD!!!!
What a mighty God we serve... Oh how HE loves us.
Praying you all are having a great week, and hope your encouraged in the LORD!
Remember to pray for our missionaries. We know NOTHING of what they face, and they do it so far from home.
Never take prayer lightly.. When GOD puts the face of someone in your mind, or name on your heart... PRAY in that moment... for it could mean life or death.. even spiritually...
Anyway, just my thoughts on that..
Steve is off to work early in the AM, and we have preparations to make for the children Sunday, they come to church physically hungry.. breaks my heart. But they are also so spiritually hungry and that is a good thing!! They are starving for love.. A few of the little girls wanted to come home with us last Sunday, and that was the first time we had met them. Oh how my heart aches for them.. I just want to love on them as much as I can..
Have a great night( and day)
Blessings!!

Taking my Mother to the DR later on today ( 12 hours from now to be exact)
Please if you think about it, pray for her!! She has not been feeling well and there are some concerns that have taken place and need Gods wisdom on how to proceed. I know she would greatly appreciate it.
Also pray for me, for strength as I take her.. Shania is going along with me and that will help lots!! She is my right hand lady, Kelsey is my left, Kaity covers it both :) God is good!!
Oh how I am rejoicing in the Lord.. Going to miss tomorrow completely of the IHC convention due to taking Mother to the DR, and going over to the church early to organize Sunday School supplies with Shania, as she prepares to teach her VERY FIRST JR CHURCH lesson Sunday, She would appreciate your prayers as well!!
God is up to some AMAZING things, and we are so excited, and so humbled that we have the privilege to be apart of HIS work!!
As some of you now know, we are setting up a very simple blog site for the church, and opened a Facebook account as well. This is meant to be used as a tool for out-reach and communication amongst the other churches we are working with in ministry.
As home-schoolers, and Steve working full time and some, our time is limited, and we want to be good stewards of the time God gives us, so be patient, I understand it isn't finished yet. But we were so excited to get the word out, we knew you would over look the unfinished product :)
And if anyone has any tips, suggestions, or advice please email us and share it.. Would love to have all the help we can get.
Please also pray for me as I endeavor to obey the Lord and begin the Women Bible Study again. I want GOD to be glorified, each lady uplifted and encouraged, and unity deepened. We need one another on this road towards Heaven. All the personal differences are respected, and I am thrilled to learn in Gods word with these wonderful ladies that are here in the valley of the sun. I love all of you so very much, and am so thankful for all you each have poured into my life over the years. Some of you I am just getting to know, and I am looking forward to that relationship!!
The girls are SO very excited that Bro.David Spivey is starting a Youth Ministry here in the Valley..
Like I said God is up to some MAJOR exciting things and we are encouraged!!

Another week, Another convention
So thankful for live-stream ministry!!
What it means to our family is a way to be "apart" of the event, even if we are a couple thousand miles away.
The IHC Dayton convention is going on this week&I can tell you it is off to an AMAZING start!!
How the Holy Sprint manifested Himself throughout the service, was incredible!!
We five were encouraged, uplifted, challenged, inspired, and so very thankful for the Goodly GODLY heritage we have.
I will try to get the link posted on here, but if you just google IHC Dayton it should pop right up.
What a liar the enemy is, Gods word calls him the father of all liars....
For a "chiastic structure" moment
That makes God the Father of TRUTH, and RIGHTEOUSNESS, for those whom are covered by His Son Jesus' blood!!
Hey, WHAT A MIGHTY GOD WE SERVE!!
I'm a slow one here so cut me some slack :) but this spoke to my heart.
God has many different names in the Bible, if I'm not mistaken 12 are Jehovah names. (don't quote me- not by my Bible to verify)
But this is what preached to my soul,
No one knew Him as Father..... He only went by God.
Until the SON came!!!
When the son came, He was introduced as Father, and said "Whosoever will may come" and be His child.
No one can speak our names like our Father...
My Heavenly Father whispers my name and draws me unto Himself, through The Son, and His Holy Spirit!!
I heard this preached at a campmeeting over a year ago.
What a mighty God we serve!!
