This is why Jesus came as a Babe, lowly among us!

Who has believed our report?
And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?
 For He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant,
 And as a root out of dry ground.
He has no form or comeliness;
And when we see Him,
There is no beauty that we should desire Him.
 He is despised and rejected by men,
A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were,
our faces from Him;
He was despised, and we did not esteem Him.
Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows;
 Yet we esteemed Him stricken,
Smitten by God, and afflicted.
But He was wounded for our transgressions,
 He was bruised for our iniquities;
The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,
And by His stripes we are healed.
 All we like sheep have gone astray;
We have turned, every one,
to his own way;
And the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.
 He was oppressed and He was afflicted, Yet He opened not His mouth;
He was led as a lamb to the slaughter, And as a sheep before its shearers is silent, So He opened not His mouth.
He was taken from prison and from judgment,
And who will declare His generation?
For He was cut off from the land of the living;
 For the transgressions of My people He was stricken.
 And they made His grave with the wicked— But with the rich at His death, Because He had done no violence,
Nor was any deceit in His mouth.
Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise Him;
He has put Him to grief.
When You make His soul an offering for sin, He shall see His seed,
He shall prolong His days,
And the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in His hand.
He shall see the labor of His soul,
and be satisfied.
By His knowledge My righteous Servant shall justify many,
For He shall bear their iniquities. Therefore I will divide Him a portion with the great,
 And He shall divide the spoil with the strong,
Because He poured out His soul unto death,
And He was numbered with the transgressors,
And He bore the sin of many,
And made intercession for the transgressors.
(Isaiah 53:1-12 NKJV)

I will praise Him

"Hallelujah! Praise God in His sanctuary. Praise Him in His mighty heavens.
Praise Him for His powerful acts;
praise Him for His abundant greatness. Praise Him with trumpet blast;
praise Him with harp and lyre.
Praise Him with tambourine and dance; praise Him with flute and strings.
Praise Him with resounding cymbals; praise Him with clashing cymbals.
Let everything that breathes praise the Lord.
 Hallelujah!
 (Psalms 150:1-6 HCSB)

"I will praise Him, I will praise Him,
Praise the Lamb for sinner saved.
Give Him glory all ye people,
For His blood has washed away each stain."

Thank You Farher for sending Your Son to enter this world as one of us,
Yet completely above us and lived the perfect, sinless life before us so we could have a path to follow here on earth.

This Season isn't about gifts in the physical realm, however nice it might be to be both a cheerful giver, and gracious receiver.
 It's about THE only gift that lasts for all of time and eternity, our souls eternal destination.
Without a PERFECT sacrifice we would have no hope, no peace, no joy, no love, no faith, nothing to hope for.
Our hearts and lives would have no meaning and we would have nothing to give.
But because my Heavenly Father looked on us with compassion and hatred in the same breath, He sent the ONLY perfect sacrifice to be born of a Virgin in the midst of complete and total cival unrest. Humanity has always been a race of angry people, today is no different than it was a few thousand years ago.
It's still just as ugly and scary, yet just like at that time when hope began, today hope is still available as a gift of a risen Savior to change and make us clean and brand new.
I remember that ugly heart and broken spirit of a miserable woman, who thought all hope was forever lost. But The Holy Spirit spoke conviction into my soul. Loved me until all that mattered was getting saved, sins forgiven, restitution a made, and a new life began.
It was my soul, like a newborn babe, crying, grasping,stumbling, learning how to walk, eat, talk, the things not of this world.
What a blessed woman I am as I sit here tonight, and I'm ashamed to admit, I'm still messing up, but thankful He isn't finished with me yet.

So thankful for the little baby Jesus, Lord help me to keep focused on this season and give unto others as You have given to me.
I'm so thankful our circumstances don't dictate our joy!!!
No one can steal it, we must willfuy give it up. Well I'm not by the grace of God!!

I pray you all are reflecting what this season really means as you hussle and bussle around the friends and family God has blessed you with.

I'm blessed to be spending another Christmas season with my family.

Blessed to have a Grandma to go visit and love on, a Mother that I can talk to about anything. A husband that I love with all my heart, he is my best friend and is first only after God in my heart and life, three beautiful young ladies I'm privileged to be called "Momma" by, they are my world as well.
List could just keep going!!!

Stop and count your blessings, I promise you have more to be thankful for than to complain about!

Looking unto Jesus!!

Journaling...
Something I enjoy, yet stopped doing for various reasons...
Several have asked me if I have documented this journey, well yes and no.
 So I thought about seriously writing a book of memories..
And see where it takes me..
 Not for any reason other than to give glory, honor, and praise to Jesus!!
He is so worthy!!
I set up a separate blog and Facebook to share more of the private things, but ya know....
 I am who I am by the grace of God and I feel that old to familiar part of people pleasing hangin around.
So, by Gods help I intend to once again be willing to share, because that's what God asked of me from the very beginning.
However this year has been more of a "be still and let God talk for me" and shew...
 Has He ever!!
We are in another step on this journey toward Heaven, many changes but good ones!!
Hasn't always been easy but Gods been so very good, and so very faithful, and so very... God, through it all!!

So let my "improper English formatting and grammatical errors" fly out the window along with any preconceived notions,
 grab ya a cup of hot tea or coffee =)
Come along for the ride!!

Another First!!

My first try at making a #10 Tag.
When I make things I usually have a person in mind, so I tweak it to fit their personality, interest, hobby, colors, ect.
And I had a friend in mind...
It was fun and I always enjoy trying new things..
Looking forward to making a few for Christmas & Birthdays & a few Baby showers, weddings... Hmm... Might need to order more tags!! lol

WHC 2013 Fall Yard Sale!!!

In no particular order...
 A few pic's from our Church's "lot-sale".
A few grocery carts had been dumped off on the church grounds
(just a few days prior to that weekend)
from those hoping to sneak on the property,
help themselves to whatever wasn't tied down,
and leave unnoticed.
One problem stood in their way,
the new campus "security" team!! =)
It really turned out to be a
HUGE BLESSING as you can see,
 sure saved lots of extra trips to&from the various storage rooms that contained the "lot-sale contributions".
Bro.Vance was still in town from back east and was a tremendous blessing for the Church.
We pray God richly blesses him and his dear wife for their dedication and sacrifices over the weeks spent working here on the Church property.
Ms.Veronica (a precious lady from our congregation) was also a BIG help,
 Sis.Pauline and Bro.Mark,
along with myself and our girls helped our dear Pastors wife Sis.Daniel get everything cleared out that day.
 Bro.Mark along with his Mother made several trips to donate the left overs at th end of the day at our local thrift shop.
During lunch you will see Bro.Mark teaching Kelsey a bit about how to play the guitar,
Kelsey REALLY wants to learn and He has been so gracious with his time to give her tips here and there.
It was a very productive day and everyone enjoyed the fellowship as well.
 Being with Gods people is always a great time!

Enjoy the pic's!
