OK this is driving me NUTS!!

How can I get the banner in the CENTER instead of.. far left, or far right???
I have tried several different things.. and it is NOT working..
I have not played around much with what all, or how all you can make this thing look.
I do not have that much time..
I am good to get on here what is..
Simple, to the point please.. ha!
off centered things drive me NUTS....
